Spring Summer 2026

A Skirball Academy Class

Miriam Meir

Intermediate Hebrew

(Summer 2026)

This intermediate-level class is for students with basic conversational skill and vocabularies of around 900 words. You will expand both that vocabulary and your grammar by learning and practicing possessive sentences, past and future tense verbs, causal words and phrases, and impersonal sentences. We will start with chapter Lamed (12) of Barosh Uvarishona (First and Foremost), available HERE.

Additional readings and grammar materials will be provided. For students new to the class, we recommend reviewing the vocabulary on pages 8-17 of the workbook.
